SAMs 1.1.1 and 1.1.4; Through this research project, The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) Center for Archaeological Research (CAR), in response to a request from the American Veterans Archaeological Recovery (AVAR) proposes to conduct archaeological support of the Finding Medina field Season 2, Bexar and Atascosa Counties. Artifact laboratory support of this AVAR project, as follows:1) Laboratory support, to include up to 15 days for a Lab Technician and 5 days for LabSupervisor;a. Laboratory support would include initial check-in by artifact bag, superficial cleaning (dry and/or wet), and basic inventory/cataloging; 2) Reporting support, to include up to 4 days for Lab Supervisor, 1 day for GIS Analyst/Illustrator, and ½-day for Editor for writing and figure preparation.
