SAMs 1.3.2 and 1.4.3; In this research fellowship, the intern Tomas Fernandez will assist in the development, manipulation, organization, analysis, and presentation of geospatial data, aerial imagery, Lidar elevation data, etc. for the General Land Office (GLO). This project will create and update spatial data features and attribute information; analyze spatial data; work with GLO staff to accurately plot the location of spatial features and produce requested products; design draft and final map layouts; compile spatial information into hardcopy and electronic products; He will work with his GLO supervisor and project leads and report his accomplishments to the PI who will provide guidance.
