SAMs 1.1.1 This research study represents the first empirical evaluation of family, community, and child welfare system factors contributing to confirmed cases of chile maltreatment in Bexar County. Findings from the study will impact health and well-being of children and families in Bexar County by informing targeted prevention and intervention efforts, including the efficacy of cross-service collaborations regarding child maltreatment. Results will be disseminated to the Bexar County child welfare community, the general population, and will be presented at international conferences and published in academic journals.
