Note:
SAMs 1.1.1 - "...The goal of this project is to use genomic data to inform rest- oration stocking and management of a recreationally important, estuarine fish, the spotted sea trout, Cynoscion nebulosus. The experimental objectives are to (i) assess the level of hatchery contribution to the major bay systems along the Texas coastline, (ii) assess genetic stock structure and connectivity of sea trout among the same bay systems, (iii) estimate genetic demographic parameters, for each population, (iv) assess for correlations between components of genomic variation, environmental parameters and life history parameters, and (v) generate a high-resolution genetic linkage map to visualize the relative position of genetic markers on sea trout chromosomes...."
