Note:
SAMs 1.1.1 - "... in this project, PI will develop a sustainable and intelligent air-ground IoT Framework containing the following design and optimizations: 1), for UAV, instead of merely optimizing the UAV’s coverage, the design of trajectory planning should also consider geospatial distribution and the energy harvesting status of IoT devices within the covering area in order to facilitate the data ferry. 2), for IoT devices that are out of UAV’s coverage, an intelligent and energy-harvesting aware routing policy is required to support the multi-hop routing of IoT data to the UAV’s covering area with minimum cost of delay and energy overhead. 3), to better serve for the intelligent data routing, adaptive energy harvesting aware task scheduling is need to conduct proper energy allocation which help maximize the data collection while at same time guarantee the data delivery to UAV. 4), after the initial deployment, both routing policy and UAV’s trajectory need to jointly adjusted properly in order to adapt to the changes of energy harvesting environment...."
