SAMs 1.1.7 - "...funding from the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board (TSSWCB) under the Clean Water Act (CWA) §319(h) Nonpoint Source (NPS) Grant Program. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) distributes funds appropriated by Congress annually to the TSSWCB under the authorization of CWA §319(h). TSSWCB then administers/awards these federal funds as grants to cooperating entities for activities that address the goals, objectives, and priorities stated in the Texas NPS Management Program.
