SAMs 1.1.7 & 1.1.9 - "...The Performing Party will engage watershed stakeholders in the process to develop plans to restore water quality in the Oso Creek/Oso Bay and Corpus Christi Bay Beaches watersheds. Stakeholders will be organized into functioning decision-making groups that evaluate the options for restoration, select a preferred path, evaluate the stressors on instream water quality and develop management recommendations to reduce the influence of these stressors. The Performing Party will assist the stakeholders in identifying potential management strategies, evaluating potential best management practices, and facilitating the selection of recommended strategies for inclusion in the plans...."
