SAMS 1.1.1. UT Tyler's role in this project includes an evaluation of the GLOW program to identify overutilization of 911 calls, steer participants to community service organizations to alleviate unmet needs and perform community health paramedicine visits to reduce 911 utilization and readmission rates. In addition, UT Tyler will (1) establishand maintain a standardized research data dictionary for the GLOW project; (2) conduct statistical analyses to measure the impact of the GLOW program on the outcome measures of interest. This project has an approved IRB protocol.
