Note:
The project will facilitate coastal prairie and wetland educaiton programs to increase knowledge and awareness of the ecological benefits provided by native coastal prairies and wetlands. The programs are designed for K-12 students and educatiors in underserved populations in the Deer Park and Dickinson Independent School Districts. The project will also collect data to incorporate into an ongoing mapping project to identify underserved school districts and students that do not currently receive environmental education programs.
