IDD Services



INSTRUCTIONAL Services offered for students with IDD:


For students in the Bobcat RISE program: Our program provides a daily study group hour M-F to assist students with course work and other university required trainings (Title IX, etc.). We also provide a weekly hour long support group for all students hosted by volunteers to help students make choices and plan out their weekends to include social, academic, and daily living activities.

ADDITIONAL Services  offered for students with IDD:


We work in tandem with our career services offices and have available to us services offered by our CARES (Autism Support) Clinic and our Trio Services. CARES includes VR services and assessments and Trio also offers additional employment supports as well as opportunities for our students to work in their office. Our Program Specialist will be completing the UNT-WISE training which will lead to TWC-VR credentialing.
