NO postsecondary programs for students with IDD are currently being offered by this institution.
Students with IDD and other disabilities must self-identify to our institution’s Disability Support Services (DSS) office for academic/classroom accommodations. Although our institution does not have any programs/services specifically for IDD students, all programs/services are accessible to all students, including those with disabilities. All students, including students with disabilities, are eligible to participate in program-based internships/clinicals. Free tutoring and student success-based workshops are available to all students through our Academic Studio department. Math lab, multimedia lab with computer access, and writing center/research paper review services are also available to all students at our institution.

All students, including those with disabilities, are eligible to participate in career development/job support activities offered by our institution.
Accommodations/services provided to students with disabilities: extended testing time with reduced distraction testing area, alternative format textbook, scanner pen, tape recorder language master, assistive listening device, door opener/clicker, note taker, test reader, test scribe, sign language interpreter, closed and live captioning, assistive technology software (Kurzweil, ZoomText, Jaws and speech to text is available at the DSS Testing Office), and referrals to other community agencies/resources (TWC, DARS, etc.) as needed. Textbook lending, transportation, and childcare assistance is also available to qualifying students in the Career/Technical Program. Our institution also provides free career services (resume assistance, mock interview, etc.) and free mental health services (Student and Employee Assistance Program) to all students.
