lifePATH® at Tomball–Lone Star College lifePATH is a post-secondary educational program for neurodiverse students. 1) Occupational & Life Skills Associates (OLSA) Degree-The OLSA program is a four-year program. During the initial two years, students establish a foundation in college academics, workforce readiness, interpersonal communication, and self-awareness. The final two years refine professional skills and apply them during Job Shadowing and Internships. Students graduate with the OLSA degree and the Business Operations Certificate. 2) Foundations Continuing Education Program-The lifePATH Foundations program is a two-year non-credit program designed to equip students with tools for entry level employment. Through this program students gain valuable academic strategies, develop social skills, and explore career paths related to Customer Service or Animal Care. Participants receive a certificate of completion. |
