The Harris Center Community Initiated Care Program: Resiliency as Prevention evaluation will be conducted by an independent team of experts from three universities. The evaluation will include a variety of data sources including secondary administrative data from all 30 identified zip codes, pre/post test assessment of training outcomes, satisfaction surveys, and in-depth mixed methods analyses focused on the process of implementation in a subgroup of six communities. Across these data sources, we will examine overall trends in quantitative data examined across all 30 communities and identify underlying drivers of change through in-depth analyses of a subset of communities. The evaluation team will work closely with the CIC team and employ a continuous quality improvement approach so that data on outcomes are shared with the CIC team and utilized to improve the implementation of the CIC intervention.
