Dr. Statsyuk lab has the necessary expertise to perform chemical synthesis of compounds, conduct biochemical, structural, and cell based studies of PROTAC compounds. The scope of work for this project will be to synthesize PROTAC compounds that degrade PDGFR𝛂𝛂 and CDK5. Over the 5-year period we will be optimizing the selectivity and potency of these compounds for in vitro and in vivo studies. SAMS 1.1.1
