Note:
SAMs 1.3.1; The Cyber/Electromagnetic Spectrum Virtual Institute Consortium (CVIC) will coalesce the capabilities of three institutions (including two Hispanic Serving Institutions and one Historically Black College and University) which have extensive experience in establishing cyber-related education programs and possess at least one of the National Centers of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity (NCAE-C) designations. UTSA CVIC envisions a pipeline of cyber and electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) learning and workforce development that encompasses the kindergarten to the college levels. CVIC will also engage with ROTC units at two universities to develop cyber and EMS modules that will be developed, delivered, and disseminated to current collegiate ROTC curriculum. Results are presented at research conferences and published in research journals.
