SAMs 1.1.1; Approved FY19 RRE ID 79711 This research project will determine the pharmacokinetic values of macrocyclic lactones (doramectin, ivermectin, moxidectin) in plasma and serum from cattle treated with pour-on and/or Injectable formulations of macrocyclic lactones used to control cattle fever ticks on cattle. The determinations of the pharmacokinetic values will be accomplished using liquid chromatograph coupled to mass spectrometry using a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer.
